Automated Entry and Ramp Assignment
Application automates truck entry by integrating ANPR cameras to recognize license plates. The system cross-references the plate numbers with pre-registered Bill of Lading (BOL) data and expected arrival dates. If a match is found, the boom barrier opens automatically; otherwise, an operator can manually authorize entry. A snapshot of the truck is captured in both cases for security and auditing purposes.
Once inside, the system tracks all trucks in the parking area. Operators can assign unloading ramps through the application based on operational needs, with ramp details displayed on digital light boards to guide drivers efficiently.
Ramp Assignment and Exit Coordination
Application ensures real-time tracking of all trucks within the facility, allowing operators to monitor parking activity seamlessly. After unloading is complete, operators can authorize truck exits via the same interface by opening the boom barrier. Exit events are logged alongside entry and ramp assignment actions, providing a complete record of truck movements. This streamlined process ensures secure exits while maintaining operational transparency.
