Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data this website handles, why, and what your rights are. In short: the site sets no tracking cookies, we use what you send through the contact form only to answer you, and the experiments do not store what you give them.
01Who we are
Draco Fortis, MB, based in Klaipėda, Lithuania, runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@dracofortis.com.
02The contact form
When you write to us through the form, we receive:
- Your name and email address.
- Your message.
- Your phone number, the service you are interested in and your budget, if you give them.
We use this only to answer you and to talk with you about the work you describe. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it. We keep it for as long as we need to answer you and for any work that follows, or for as long as the law requires.
We process this data with your consent, which you give with the box on the form, and to take the steps you ask for before any contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@dracofortis.com.
03The experiments
The experiments send what you type, paste or upload to an AI service provider, which produces the answer. The providers we use may not use it to train their models.
- This site does not store or log your questions, documents or emails, or the answers.
- Please do not send sensitive personal data to the experiments.
We process what you send because you ask us to, in order to show you the result.
04Abuse prevention
To keep the site, the form and the experiments working and secure, we process technical data such as your IP address and browser details, for example to detect automated traffic and limit how often requests can be sent. We keep this data only briefly. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in protecting the site.
05Analytics
We count page visits and measure how quickly pages load, using anonymised data. This does not use cookies and does not let us identify you. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read and whether they work well.
07Who processes data for us
We use service providers who process data only on our instructions:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers, which run the site.
- An email service provider, which delivers your messages to us.
- AI service providers, which produce the experiments' answers.
Some of them may process data outside the European Union. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by the safeguards GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
08Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct or delete your personal data.
- Restrict or object to how we process it.
- Withdraw your consent where we rely on it.
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
To use any of these rights, write to us at info@dracofortis.com.
09Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No way of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
